Cameron Love | BSc, MHA.
Cameron Love is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Ottawa Hospital (TOH). He took on this leadership role as of July 1, 2020, in an unprecedented time of COVID-19 pandemic. Cameron holds a a Master’s in Health Administration, and training at the Wharton and Telfer Schools of Business, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology. In addition, Cameron is involved in many regional and provincial committees, and sits on several boards that promote the health and wellbeing of the people. Cameron is an inspirational leader, dynamic and engaging, who leads through collaboration and mutual respect.
Dr. Raywat Deonandan | Ph.D.
Raywat Deonandan is an Epidemiologist, Associate Professor, and Assistant Director of the Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa. A former Chief Scientist with the Canadian federal government, Dr Deonandan is also the founder and Executive Editor of the Interdisciplinary Journal of Health Sciences, and an award-winning author and journalist. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr Deonandan has been widely sought-after for media commentary, conducting over 2000 interviews globally. He continues to advise media, law firms, private companies, governments, and labour unions on various aspects of the pandemic.
